Examples of LEAF Parties in a sentence

  • The Lender shall have completed to its satisfaction its standard and customary credit and due diligence review of the LEAF Parties and shall have approved, in its sole discretion, the operations, financial condition and standard loan documents of the LEAF Parties, and shall have approved, in its sole discretion, that each applicable LEAF Party is qualified as a lessor and servicer.

  • The LEAF Parties reaffirm to the Lender each of the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the LEAF Parties set forth in the Loan Documents with the same force and effect as if each were separately stated herein and made as of the Effective Date.

  • The Collateral Agent shall be accountable only for amounts that it actually receives as a result of the exercise of such powers, and none of it or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents shall be responsible to the LEAF Parties for any act or failure to act hereunder, except for its or their own negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Sponsor Parties means Sponsor, Vendor, and Utility, their respective successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, directors, officers, and employees.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Party means Seller, any Affiliates of Seller, any direct or indirect subcontractors of Seller or its Affiliates and any of such subcontractors' Affiliates.
