League Matches definition

League Matches means league matches within a league competition organised by the League, excluding any play-off matches.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Sponsors may, in their discretion, include certain non-Overwatch League Matches in this Promotion.

  • Permission to attend League Matches is solely at the discretion of League.

  • If a Club ceases to be a member of the Premiership during a Season for any reason and by any means whatsoever and prior to the time when it has played all the Premiership League Matches which it is scheduled to play during such Season, then any Premiership league or match points allocated to any Club as a result of a Premiership League Match against such Club shall be disregarded for such Season.

  • All re-arrangements of League Matches must be submitted to and approved by The League.GuidanceIn cases where moves cannot be mutually agreed, Clubs can refer the matter to The League for determination.On these occasions, the following non-exhaustive list of points all form part of The League’s consideration: Home Clubs must provide compelling motives and clear rationale for the alteration, together with any supporting evidence.

  • CSR means Corporate Social Responsibility.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Plan for moderate income housing means a written document adopted by
