Learner Records definition

Learner Records. Evidence Packs” means any information relating to a Learner generated by the Provider, the Learner or a third party for the purpose of the delivery of the Learning Programme;
Learner Records means any information relating to an Apprentice generated by the Contractor, the Apprentice or a third party for the purpose of the delivery of the Apprenticeship Programme.
Learner Records means any information relating to a Learner generated by the Grant Recipient, the Learner or a third party for the purpose of the delivery of the relevant Funded Activity; ‘Logo’ means the logo for TVCA, the Tees Valley Mayor and HM Government as follows (and must be reproduced in colour) ‘Losses’ all costs, actions, demands, expenses, losses, damages, claims, proceedings, awards, fines, orders and other liabilities (including reasonable legal and other professional fees and expenses) whenever and however arising; ‘Memorandum of Agreement’ means Part 1 of this Agreement setting out the Parties’ agreement;

Examples of Learner Records in a sentence

  • For the purposes of the Department for Work & Pensions as a Data Controller, where Learner Records data is used as match on the 2014-20 ESF programme, the data must be retained securely until 31st December 2034.

  • The University College will check the Learner Records Service for your previous level/s of study using your Unique Learner Number (ULN).

  • You shall keep all Learner Records and details of achievement in an accurate, timely, confidential and secure manner, both as requested by us and in compliance with the Data Laws and you shall make these records available for us or any third party for external quality assurance and auditing purposes, should we need to review the records, within the timescales specified by us (but promptly in any event).

  • The College shall comply with Clause 33 (Consequences of Termination and Expiry) which sets out provisions that will apply to Learner Records after this Agreement has been terminated or has expired.

  • Maintenance of Learner Records We maintain learner records and statistics securely on a password protected computer drive with access only by the TQO and the TA.

Related to Learner Records

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Learner means any third party including any student, apprentice (under an Apprenticeship), trainee or similar to whom the Provider is required to deliver any of the Services;

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;
