Lease Payment Fund - Funds designated to pay amounts due from the Authority to KYTC under the Lease Agreement.
Moneys for the prepayment (including the interest to the applicable date of prepayment) of Certificates having been set aside in the Lease Payment Fund, the Certificates shall become due and payable on the date of such prepayment, and, upon presentation and surrender thereof at the Office of the Trustee, said Certificates shall be paid at the unpaid principal amount (or applicable portion thereof) represented thereby plus interest accrued and unpaid to said date of prepayment.
So long as any Certificates are Outstanding, neither the Lessee nor the Lessor shall have any beneficial right or interest in the Lease Payment Fund or the moneys deposited therein, except only as provided in this Trust Agreement, and such moneys shall be used and applied by the Trustee as hereinafter set forth.

Any balance of the Net Proceeds remaining in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund because (A) the Leased Property was damaged or destroyed in full and the Net Proceeds, together with other available moneys, were insufficient to cause the prepayment of all Outstanding Certificates, or (B) after all work to replace, repair, restore, modify or improve the Leased Property has been completed, shall be deposited in the Lease Payment Fund and applied toward subsequent Lease Payments.
