Leased Business Premises definition

Leased Business Premises means the premises identified on Schedule 1.01(z) attached to the National City Disclosure Letter and more particularly described in the related Business Premises Lease.
Leased Business Premises means, in the case of a Business Premises Lease, the lands and premises demised thereunder together with all leasehold improvements located within or appurtenant to such lands and premises;
Leased Business Premises means the land, premises and real property leased by any member of the Group, and “Leased Business Premise” means any one of them;

More Definitions of Leased Business Premises

Leased Business Premises means the properties leased by NZ Fruits, including the North Store and South Store located at Eastland Port, 1 Kaiti Beach Road, Gisborne 4040.

  • business premises means premises on which a business is conducted, premises rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.
