Leased Fiber definition

Leased Fiber means all of the Fiber now or hereafter deployed in the SRP Network. "License" shall mean a license to exercise the rights granted to XXX and SRP in Section 10.2 and elsewhere in this Agreement.
Leased Fiber means Excess Fiber delivered by Authority and accepted by Lessee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and further described in the Network Specifications along with the use of the Facilities and Demarcation Points which Lessee is entitled to use pursuant to this Agreement.
Leased Fiber means two non-zero-dispersion shifted fiber strands in a four node ring configuration illustrated in the diagram attached as Exhibit 1.

  • Alternatively, the Leased Fiber span may be divided into shorter testing spans, to the extent reasonably possible, in order to obtain bi-directional analysis.

  • However, if due to length or attenuation reasons that the Leased Fiber span exceeds the dynamic range of an OTDR, a portion or the entire span may be tested on a unidirectional basis only.

  • Authority will not, either directly or indirectly, (a) access or use, for itself or on behalf of any other Person, any content or traffic transmitted over the Leased Fiber by Lessee or by end users of the Lessee Services, or (b) allow any Person, other than governmental authorities pursuant to a validly issued subpoena or similar order, to access, directly or indirectly, any content or traffic transmitted over Leased Fiber by Lessee or by End Users of the Lessee Services.

Related to Leased Fiber

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4
