Leased Rail Cars definition
Leased Rail Cars means the rail cars leased by Dow and identified as such on Schedule 1.01(h).
Leased Rail Cars has the meaning specified in Section 5.25(b) of the Agreement.

In the event that Seller or any of its Affiliates transfers its right, title and interest in any leases of Purchaser Rail Cars on the Closing Date, the number of Leased Rail Cars initially subject to the Rail Car Sublease shall be correspondingly reduced.
