Leasing Broker definition

Leasing Broker. The Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Company, which broker shall be paid by Tenant.
Leasing Broker means Parthenon Realty, LLC (See the Broker article of this Lease).
Leasing Broker means any individual or entity appointed in accordance with the terms hereof to procure tenants for the Trust Property pursuant to a Brokerage Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise provided for herein, the Listing Broker will be paid a commission by the Landlord, and the Leasing Broker will receive a portion of the Listing Broker’s commission pursuant to a cooperative brokerage agreement.
