Leasing Term definition

Leasing Term means 15 years since the agreement takes effect.

Examples of Leasing Term in a sentence

  • During the Employee Leasing Term, all Leased Employees shall be and remain employees of the Partnership and may be disciplined, transferred or discharged only by the Partnership.

  • Strategic Anchor Tenant shall pay its pro rata share of the operating expenses and taxes chargeable to the Facility as more particularly described in the Leasing Term Sheet.

  • If any Leased Employee ceases to be an employee of the Partnership during the Employee Leasing Term, such individual shall automatically cease to be a Leased Employee for purposes of this Section 5.2, the Partnership shall have no obligation to replace such individual under this Section 5.2 and Purchaser shall have no obligation to extend an offer of employment to such individual under Section 5.3(a).

  • At the end of the Leasing Term, the Pet Deposit shall be added to the Security Deposit and be subject to all of the other terms and conditions regarding the Security Deposit.

  • During the Employee Leasing Term, the Partnership shall (i) use its reasonable efforts to cause each of the Leased Employees to continue to be employed by the Partnership and (ii) direct each of the Leased Employees to continue to provide to the Partnership the services and perform the functions that such individual provided to the Partnership immediately prior to the Closing Date (together with reasonable modifications of such functions in the ordinary course of business as requested by Purchaser).

  • The parties agree that the terms and conditions of each Final Tenancy Agreement (as defined below) shall be substantially as set forth in the Leasing Term Sheet (as defined below), except for modifications which are necessary to make any business terms enforceable under the local law of each country where such Space is located (such modifications "Local Law Modifications").

  • Leased Employees providing services to Purchaser under this Section 5.2 shall at all times during the Employee Leasing Term remain employees of the Partnership.

  • The parties hereby acknowledge and agree to negotiate in good faith such amendments to this Agreement or the Leasing Term Sheet, as any of the parties may reasonably request, to reflect and better define the respective rights and obligations of the parties in a context where HUBCO leases a Facility and subsequently (through a HUBCO Subsidiary) subleases a Space therein to Strategic Anchor Tenant.

  • All other terms and conditions with respect to the payment of rental charges shall be substantially as set forth in the Leasing Term Sheet.

  • Except as provided herein, no provision of this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to provide or create any third party beneficiary right or any other right of any kind in any client, customer, affiliate, insurer, lender, shareholder, partner, officer, director, employee or agent of any party hereto, or in any other Person, and all terms and provisions hereof shall be personal solely among the parties to this Agreement and their proper successors and assigns.

  • Remaining Term means the remaining period in the term of this Agreement had the Agreement not been terminated (rounded to nearest month), up to a maximum of twenty (20) years.

  • Existing Termination Date as defined in Section 2.18.

  • Existing Term Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Existing Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Funding Termination Date means the Business Day immediately preceding the ------------------------ Remittance Date occurring in the calendar month that is the third calendar month following the calendar month of the Closing Date, or November 30, 2001.

  • Existing Term Loan Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).

  • Offering Termination Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December following an Offering Commencement Date, or such other Offering Termination Date established in connection with a Terminating Event.

  • Remaining Term Interest means, with respect to any Note, the aggregate amount of scheduled payment(s) of interest on such Note for the remaining term of such Note determined on the basis of the rate of interest applicable to such Note from and including the date on which such Note is to be redeemed by the Issuer pursuant to this Condition.

  • Premium Paying Term means the period as stated in the Policy Schedule, in years, over which Premiums are payable;

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Existing Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Revolving Termination Date means the earlier to occur of:

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • The term Trustee" shall mean The Bank of New York Mellon and its successors in interest or any successor trustee appointed as provided in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Waiver Period means, for each applicable fee, the period of time from the initial effective date of the MIAX PEARL Fee Schedule until such time that the Exchange has an effective fee filing establishing the applicable fee. The Exchange will issue a Regulatory Circular announcing the establishment of an applicable fee that was subject to a Waiver Period at least fifteen (15) days prior to the termination of the Waiver Period and effective date of any such applicable fee.

  • Extending Term Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Existing Term Loan Tranche has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Term of this Agreement means the period that commences on the date of this Agreement and ends on the earlier of:

  • Cover Period means the period from the cover start date to the cover end date.

  • Existing Term Loan Class shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(i).

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Existing Term Loan Credit Agreement means the Term Loan Credit Agreement dated December 5, 2014 among the Company, the Revolving Borrower, Barclays Bank PLC, as administrative Agent, and the financial institutions and lenders from time to time party thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the Closing Date.
