Least Developed Countries definition

Least Developed Countries means any country on the United Nations Committee for Development’s List of Least Developed Countries, as amended from time to time;
Least Developed Countries means each country identified as a low-income economy by the World Bank Group and by the United Nations on their respective websites at the time the Licensed Product is transferred, and all other countries mutually agreed to in writing by OHSU and Licensee.
Least Developed Countries means those countries included in the list of Least Developed Countries as defined by the Committee for Development Policy and endorsed by the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations;

More Definitions of Least Developed Countries

Least Developed Countries means those countries listed in Appendix B, subsection IV.
Least Developed Countries means, for purposes of Article 19 of this Annex, those State Parties classified as such by the United Nations;
Least Developed Countries means Kiribati, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Vanuatu;
