Leave Replacement Employee definition

Leave Replacement Employee. Is an employee who is hired for up to a one-year period only with no obligation by the District to rehire for the following year, per RCW 28A.405.900.

Examples of Leave Replacement Employee in a sentence

  • An employee who is hired or accepts a transfer to fill an existing position vacated as a result of an approved leave is a Leave Replacement Employee.
