Legal Assistance Fund definition

Legal Assistance Fund means the Legal Assistance Fund established pursuant to Part V of the Legal Contribution Trust Act 1967 8. (2) On the appointed day 2, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Law Society shall pay to the Commission any moneys that, immediately before the appointed day 2, stood to the credit of the Legal Assistance Fund.
