Lessee Funds definition

Lessee Funds means, either or both as the context may require, of (a) any Security Deposits provided by a Lessee under a Lease and (b) any Usage Fees that a Lessee is obligated to pay under a Lease and that are Segregated Funds.
Lessee Funds means, either or both as the context may require, of (a) any Security Deposits provided by a Lessee under a Lease and (b) any Maintenance Reserve Payments that a Lessee is obligated to pay under a Lease and, in each case, includes Security Deposits and Maintenance Reserve Payments that are Segregated Funds.

Related to Lessee Funds

  • Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.

  • Escrow Deposit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Fund means the fund required to be established by this Resolution for the deposit of the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Reserve Fund Initial Deposit means the initial deposit of cash in the amount of $3,846,153.85 made by or on behalf of the Seller into the Reserve Fund on the Closing Date.

  • Tenant Deposits means all security deposits, prepaid rentals, cleaning fees and other refundable deposits and fees collected from Tenants, plus any interest accrued thereon, paid by Tenants to Seller pursuant to the Leases. Tenant Deposits shall not include any non-refundable deposits or fees paid by Tenants to Seller, either pursuant to the Leases or otherwise.

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina. State funds include federal financial assistance received by the State and transferred or disbursed to non-State entities. Both Federal and State funds maintain their identity as they are disbursed as financial assistance to other organizations.

  • Reserve Account Initial Deposit means cash or Eligible Investments having a value of at least $____________.

  • Reserve Funds means, collectively, the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund, the Replacement Reserve Fund, the Required Repair Fund, the Initial Renovation Reserve Fund, the Interest Reserve Fund, the General Reserve Fund, any funds on deposit in the Construction Loan Reserve Account, any Shortfall Funds and any other escrow fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) means Bid Security/ monetary or financial guarantee to be furnished by a tenderer along with its tender.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Indemnity Escrow Account means the escrow account established by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement for purposes of holding the Indemnity Escrow Amount.

  • Construction Fund means an account specifically identified in the Indenture to hold funds which are currently available for expenditure to acquire or construct public facilities eligible under the Act.

  • Initial Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Security Deposits means all Tenant security deposits in the form of cash and letters of credit, if any, held by Seller, as landlord (together with any interest which has accrued thereon, but only to the extent such interest has accrued for the account of the Tenant).

  • Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) means the refundable amount to be submitted by the Bidder along with RFP documents to NMRC

  • Escrow Payment Any payment received by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer for the account of any Mortgagor for application toward the payment of real estate taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, ground lease rents and similar items in respect of the related Mortgaged Property, including amounts for deposit to any reserve account.

  • Escrow Account The Eligible Account or Accounts established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09(b).

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.

  • Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14(f).

  • special deposit means a deposit held other than at call on behalf of the Crown, or any local authority within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1974;

  • Security Deposit means the deposit to be held by the owner as security for the due performance of the contractual obligations.

  • Available Operating Funds means the sum of (i) the Fund’s net investment company taxable income (including net short-term capital gains reduced by net long-term capital losses), (ii) the Fund’s net capital gains (including the excess of net long-term capital gains over net short-term capital losses) and (iii) dividends and other distributions paid to the Fund on account of investments in portfolio companies (to the extent such amounts listed in clause (iii) are not included under clauses (i) and (ii) above).

  • Required Repair Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.
