Lessor Note definition

Lessor Note means the lessor note issued by the Owner Lessor in favor of the Pass Through Trustee in the amount of $146,237,669.38, as more fully described in Section 2.2 of the Lease Indenture.
Lessor Note means any one of the Series B Lessor Notes (as defined in the Collateral Trust Indenture) issued under a Collateral Trust Indenture, including any Lessor Note (as so defined) issued under the Collateral Trust Indenture in replacement or substitution therefor, held by the Pass Through Trustee.
Lessor Note means each of (1) the Non-Recourse Promissory Note, Fixed Rate Series (Due January 15, 1992), in the amount of $1,270,000, (ii) the Non-Recourse Promissory Note, Fixed Rate Series (Due January 15, 1997), in the amount of $3,501,000 and (iii) the Non-Recourse Promissory Note, Fixed Rate Series (Due January 15, 2016), in the amount of $23,229,000, each dated December 17, 1986, payable by the Owner Trustee to the Company.

  • Each Lessor Note issued hereunder shall be executed and delivered on behalf of the Owner Lessor by one of its authorized signatories, be in fully registered form, be dated the date of original issuance of such Lessor Note and be in denominations of not less than $1,000.

  • Every Lessor Note presented or surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange shall be duly endorsed, or be accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form reasonably satisfactory to the Indenture Trustee duly executed by the holder thereof or his attorney duly authorized in writing, and the Indenture Trustee may require an opinion of counsel as to compliance of any such transfer with the Securities Act.

  • Any indemnity provided by the holder of a Lessor Note pursuant to this Section 2.9 must be sufficient in the reasonable judgment of the Owner Lessor and the Indenture Trustee to protect the Owner Lessor, the Indenture Trustee, the Paying Agent, the Registrar and any co-registrar or co-paying agent from any loss which any of them may suffer if a Lessor Note is replaced.

Lessor Note means any promissory note issued by a Lessor under a Lease Indenture.
