Lessor Notes definition

Lessor Notes means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the Initial Lessor Notes and Additional Lessor Notes, each issued pursuant to the Collateral Trust Indenture.

Lessor Notes means any Initial Lessor Notes, Additional Lessor Notes or New Lessor Notes issued pursuant to the Lease Indenture.

Lessor Notes means a collective reference to the Lessor Note ST and the Lessor Note LT, as more fully described in Section 2.2 of the Lease Indenture.

Examples of Lessor Notes in a sentence

• Such order shall specify the principal amount of the Additional Lessor Notes to be authenticated and the date on which the original issue of Additional Lessor Notes is to be authenticated.

• All Lessor Notes issued and outstanding hereunder shall rank on a parity with each other and shall as to each other be secured equally and ratably by this Indenture, without preference, priority or distinction of any thereof over any other by reason of difference in time of issuance or otherwise.

• No Lessor Notes may be issued under the provisions of, or become secured by, this Indenture except in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.

Lessor Notes means the Series A Lessor Notes and the Series B Lessor Notes.

Lessor Notes means the 2012 Lessor Notes and any Additional Lessor Notes.

Lessor Notes is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following:

Lessor Notes. Any one of the promissory notes or other securities executed by a Lessor in favor of ICI and authenticated by or on behalf of the Lessor Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form attached to the related Lessor Indenture.
