Lease-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by a natural person primarily for personal, family or household purposes, for an initial period of four months or less that is automatically renewable with each payment after the initial period, but does not obligate or require the consumer to continue leasing or using the property beyond the initial period, and that permits the consumer to become the owner of the property.
Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.
Mortgage Addendum means the addendum to the Mortgage in the agreed form.
Sublease Agreement means that certain Sublease Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021 by and between the Company and the Agency.
Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.
Rental-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by a lessee primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, for an initial period of 4 months or less that is automatically renewable with each payment after the initial period and that permits the lessee to become the owner of the property. Rental-purchase agreements shall not include any of the following:
Third Amendment Date means June 23, 2020.
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
Rental agreement or "lease agreement" means all agreements, written or oral, and valid rules and
First Amendment Date means February 21, 2019.
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
Second Amendment Date means February 26, 2019.
Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).
Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Maintenance agreement means a document recorded in the land records that acts as a property deed restriction, and which provides for long-term maintenance of stormwater management practices.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Fourth Amendment Date means April 30, 2021.
Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Use Agreement means the use agreement by and between the Owner and HUD which commences on or before the Effective Date, runs with the land, binds all subsequent owners and creditors of the Exemption Area, and requires that the housing project on the Exemption Area continue to operate on terms at least as advantageous to existing and future tenants as the terms required by the original Section 202 loan agreement or any Section 8 rental assistance payments contract or any other rental housing assistance contract and all applicable federal regulations.
Deed of Covenant means, in relation to a Ship and if required by the laws of the Approved Flag State, a deed of covenant collateral to the Mortgage on that Ship and creating charges over (inter alia) that Ship, her Earnings, her Insurances and any Requisition Compensation in the Agreed Form;
Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield maintenance agreement between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-CB-1 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q. The Yield Maintenance Agreement shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements listed as Permitted Encumbrances or as may hereafter affect the Leased Premises.
Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
Standard Amendment Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to amend agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of a Standard Amendment, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent an Amendment as an individual contract counterpart.
Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.
