Business requirements document (BRD): The BRD contains a medium level of requirements as well as required metrics of project success. Functional requirements document (FRD): The FRD contains detailed requirements that can be handed off to the Contractor for execution. Test Plans A description of the testing approach, participants, sequence of testing and testing preparations Once Test Cases & Results The specific test cases to be tested and the testing results. Test Cases tie back to the project requirements (to ensure each one has been met). Examples of Formal Acceptance in a sentence

  • Formal Acceptance is expressed by the User in the ways specified in this T&C.

Related to Formal Acceptance

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.
