Letter of Comfort definition

Letter of Comfort means that certain Letter of Comfort dated as of February 29, 2020 given by the Weichai in favor of the Administrative Agent.
Letter of Comfort means a letter of comfort from Lloyd’s to the Company in substantially the form set out in Schedule 9 (Letter of Comfort).
