Letters of Clarification definition

Letters of Clarification means any written response which you submit to us in respect of any request for clarification we make or further information we request in connection with your Tender Documents;

Examples of Letters of Clarification in a sentence

• Any revisions to be incorporated into this solicitation document arising from discussions before, during and subsequent to the site visit conference will be confirmed in writing by Letter(s) of Clarification prior to the bid due date.

• H-GAC does not assume responsibility for the receipt of any Letters of Clarification by Respondent(s).
