Letters of Clarification definition

Letters of Clarification means any written response which you submit to us in respect of any request for clarification we make or further information we request in connection with your Tender Documents;

• H-GAC does not assume responsibility for the receipt of any Letters of Clarification by Respondent(s).

• All Letters of Clarification and interpretations to this solicitation shall be in writing.
