Severity Level 3 Fault A Fault affecting a Venue which is not a Severity Level 1 Fault or Severity Level 2 Fault.
Location of Fault Severity Level 1 Fault The Licensee must resolve the Fault within 4 hours of notification of the Fault by the Client or of the Licensee otherwise becoming aware of the Fault.
