Level of Delivery definition

Level of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4.7.

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II.
