Place(s) of Delivery means the location(s) or place(s) where the Goods are to be delivered, as specified in the ‘SHIP TO’ named field of the IITK Purchase Order.

• INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCEa. The duly authorised representative(s) of the IITK shall have the right, before payment, to inspect the Goods either at the Contractor's stores, during manufacture, at the ports and/or in places of shipment, or at the Place(s) of Delivery.
