Level of Lifting definition

Level of Lifting shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4.8.

Examples of Level of Lifting in a sentence

  • Level of Lifting with respect to a Year shall be calculated in the form of percentage as per the following formula: Level of Lifting (LL) = (ACQ-DDQ) X 100 ACQ Where: LL = Level of Lifting of Coal by the Purchaser during the Year.

  • It is expressly clarified that no such revision in ACQ shall take place if the average Level of Lifting (LL), as per the foregoing, is greater than eighty percent (80%).

  • Level of Lifting with respect to a Year shall be calculated in the form of percentage as per the following formula: Level of Lifting (LL) = (ACQ-DDQ) X 100 Where: LL = Level of Lifting of Coal by the Purchaser during the Year.

  • In the event that the Level of Delivery (LD) falls below thirty percent (30%) or the Level of Lifting (LL) falls below thirty percent (30%), the Purchaser or the Seller as the case may be, shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, within sixty (60) days of the end of the relevant Year after providing the other Party with prior written notice of thirty (30) days.

Related to Level of Lifting

  • End of Life means the life cycle stage that begins when a product is discarded and ends when the product is returned to nature as a waste product or enters another product’s life cycle;

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.

  • Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.

  • Parameter means a measurable factor of a liquid, gas, or solid such as temperature, pH, length, or elevation, and includes constituents of the liquid, gas, or solid.
