LIBOR Interest Rate Determination Date definition

LIBOR Interest Rate Determination Date means each date of calculating the LIBOR Rate for purposes of determining the interest rate with respect to an Interest Period. The LIBOR Interest Rate Determination Date for any LIBOR Rate Loan shall be the second Business Day prior to the first day of the related Interest Period for such LIBOR Rate Loan.
LIBOR Interest Rate Determination Date means each date of determining the LIBOR Rate with respect to an Interest Period which date shall be the first Business Day prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period for any LIBOR Rate Loan.
LIBOR Interest Rate Determination Date is defined in Section 4.2(c).

  • Rate Determination Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(g).

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Interest Calculation Period means the period or periods for the calculation of the interest shown on the mortgage form;

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.
