LIBOR Portion definition

LIBOR Portion means, at any time, a Portion of a Term Loan Borrowing, or a Term Loan, as the case may be, which then bears interest at a rate specified in Section 2.01(d)(ii).
LIBOR Portion shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1 hereof.
LIBOR Portion means each Portion bearing interest based on the Adjusted LIBOR.

More Definitions of LIBOR Portion

LIBOR Portion means a Portion as to which the applicable rate of interest is based on the Adjusted Libor Rate.
LIBOR Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest at any time under the LIBOR Option or at a rate calculated by reference to the LIBOR under Section 2.09(c)(i) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, “LIBOR Portion” shall refer to the LIBOR Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.
