Euro-Rate definition

Euro-Rate means and include each of the Eurodollar Rate, Euro LIBOR Rate and the EURIBOR Rate.
Euro-Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii) hereof.
Euro-Rate means with respect to any Settlement Period the interest rate per annum determined by the Administrator by dividing (the resulting quotient rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1% per annum) (i) the rate of interest determined by the Administrator in accordance with its usual procedures (which determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error) to be the average of the London interbank market offered rates for U.S. dollars quoted by the BBA as set forth on Dow Xxxxx Markets Service (formerly known as Telerate) (or appropriate successor or, if the BBA or its successor ceases to provide display page 3750 (or such other display page on the Dow Xxxxx Markets Service system as may replace display page 3750) at or about 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Business Day which is two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of such Settlement Period for an amount comparable to the Portion of Capital to be funded at the Alternate Rate and based upon the Euro-Rate during such Settlement Period by (ii) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Euro-Rate Reserve Percentage. Euro-Rate means, with respect to any advance to which the Euro-Rate Option applies for the applicable Euro-Rate Interest Period, the interest rate per annum determined by the Bank by dividing (the resulting quotient rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) (i) the rate of interest determined by the Bank in accordance with its usual procedures (which determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error) to be the eurodollar rate two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of such Euro-Rate Interest Period for an amount comparable to such advance and having a borrowing date and a maturity comparable to such Euro-Rate Interest Period by (ii) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Euro-Rate Reserve Percentage.
