Library Series definition

Library Series means a Television Series that is not a Current Series or a Non-Returning Series which Licensor makes available for license hereunder, with an Availability Date that is at least three (3) years following the last season of production.
Library Series means all seasons of a Television Series exhibited in the United States in whole or in part by means of Free Broadcast Television or a Basic Television Service (a) which has not had an episode premiere in the United States in such media in the thirty-six (36) months preceding its Availability Date and (b) for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights.
Library Series means a Television Series (other than a Local Series) for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights which Licensor makes available for license hereunder, including all broadcast seasons thereof, with an Availability Date that is at least 3 years following the last season of production, which Licensor shall designate as Tier A, Tier B or Tier C.

More Definitions of Library Series

Library Series shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Exhibit A hereto.
Library Series means a single series of Television Episodes which Licensor makes available for license hereunder (other than a Spanish/Portuguese Series, a Spanish/Portuguese Teleseries and a Spanish/Portuguese Telenovela), including all broadcast seasons thereof, with an Avail Date that is at least 3 years following the last season of production, which series may be designated Tier A, Tier B or Tier C.

Related to Library Series

  • Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.

  • Additional Series or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

  • Additional Series Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series A” or “Series B”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series AA Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series AA Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series AA Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series AA Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Asset Pool Supplement means the Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement to the Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2007, by and among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series A Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Extension Series means all Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments (as applicable) that are established pursuant to the same Extension Agreement (or any subsequent Extension Agreement to the extent such Extension Agreement expressly provides that the Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Extension Series) and that provide for the same interest margins, extension fees, if any, and amortization schedule.

  • Refinancing Series means all Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments that are established pursuant to the same Refinancing Amendment (or any subsequent Refinancing Amendment to the extent such Refinancing Amendment expressly provides that the Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Refinancing Series) and that provide for the same Effective Yield and amortization schedule.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Series C Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under an Indenture and designated as "Series C" thereunder.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for the Class B ( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-2 Notes"), Class A-3 4.30% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-3 Notes"), Class A-4 4.36% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-4 Notes" and, together with the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes, the "Class A Notes"), Class B 4.52% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class B Notes"), Class C 4.72% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class C Notes") and Class D 6.76% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class D Notes" and, together with the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes, the "Notes"), are issued under the Indenture, to which Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto reference is hereby made for a statement of the respective rights and obligations thereunder of the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders. The Notes are subject to all terms of the Indenture. The Class A-1 Notes are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture. Interest on and principal of the Notes will be payable in accordance with the priority of payments set forth in Section 8.2 of the Indenture.

  • Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated CHASEseries Indenture Supplement, dated as of October 15, 2004, among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
