Reference Notice means a notice given to the Water Services Regulation Authority under paragraph 11 or 14 of Condition B;
Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
Acceptance Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iii).
compliance notice means a notice served in accordance with regulation 21(2); “conformity assessment procedure” means any procedure referred to in regulation 6;
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Milestone Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Advance Notice means a written notice to the Investor setting forth the Advance amount that the Company requests from the Investor and the Advance Date.
Term SOFR Notice means a notification by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders and the Borrower of the occurrence of a Term SOFR Transition Event.
Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.
Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Loan Assignment by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: ≤$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ≥$250,000,000 ten Business Days
exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;
License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Issuance Notice means a written notice delivered to the Agent by the Company in accordance with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A that is executed by its Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Financial Officer.
ROFO Notice is defined in Section 6.2(a).
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
The Material/ Product means all the materials along with the accessories which the contractor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.
Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Discontinuance Notice means the written Notice sent by the Billing Party to the other Party that notifies the Non- Paying Party that in order to avoid disruption or disconnection of the Interconnection Services, furnished under this Agreement, the Non-Paying Party must remit all Unpaid Charges to the Billing Party within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the Billing Party’s Notice of Unpaid Charges.
Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;
Sales Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(i).
