Licence of Occupation definition

Licence of Occupation means a licence for a primary purpose other than extracting or harvesting natural resources or providing utility services;
Licence of Occupation means a revocable authority or permission given to someone having no possessory rights in a tract of Real Property to do something on that Real Property, that would otherwise be a trespass, for a specified rent and specified term.
Licence of Occupation means an agreement prepared by the City by which the Licensee is granted authorization to erect, place or maintain an Encroachment on Public Lands.
