License of Occupation definition

License of Occupation means an agreement that gives the right to enter upon and use land but does not give an exclusive right of possession. This differs from “Lease”;

License of Occupation means a license of occupation for the use and occupation of land in Jasper National Park of Canada duly issued by the Parks Canada Agency under the provisions of the Canada National Parks Act as amended.

More Definitions of License of Occupation

License of Occupation means an agreement prepared by the Municipality for execution by the Municipality and a Person by which such Person is granted authorization to erect, place, or maintain an Encroachment on Public Lands.
