Licencia Federal de Conductor definition

Licencia Federal de Conductor means a document issued by the Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes of the United Mexican States, which authorizes a person to drive vehicles engaged in federal public service and private commercial vehicles of companies and industry that transport products requiring the use of Mexican federal highways.
