License Grant Date definition

License Grant Date means the date a Digital Asset Pair is added to Schedule 1.
License Grant Date means the date when the FCC grants the last of the C-Block or F-Block licenses to the Corporation or a Subsidiary of the Corporation. For purposes of this definition, C-Block license means a license awarded by the FCC in the FCC's C-Block auction restricted to entities meeting certain financial and other criteria, and F-Block license means a license awarded by the FCC in the FCC's F-Block auction restricted to entities meeting certain financial and other criteria.
License Grant Date means the date a Digital Asset Pair is added to Schedule 1. Licensee Group Entity: means each of Licensee and its Affiliates.

  • Within *** following the end of each Calendar Quarter beginning with the License Grant Date, each Party shall prepare and deliver to the other Party on a Licensed Program by Licensed Program basis a quarterly report detailing its Development Costs and Manufacturing Process Development Costs incurred during such period, with each Party reporting on all Development Costs incurred with respect to Development Collaboration Proposals.

More Definitions of License Grant Date

License Grant Date. A License’s “Grant Date” shall be the date set forth in the applicable LMA or, with respect to the Initial Licenses, the date set forth in section 1.5 of this Agreement.”

Related to License Grant Date

  • Grant Date means the date on which the Committee adopts a resolution, or takes other appropriate action, expressly granting an Award to a Participant that specifies the key terms and conditions of the Award or, if a later date is set forth in such resolution, then such date as is set forth in such resolution.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.

  • Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary or to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary otherwise has a right to use.
