Examples of Licensed Application Information in a sentence

  • TV App Data will be considered Licensed Application Information under this Agreement, but will be subject to the use limitations set forth in this Section.

  • To avoid potential misunderstandings and except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, Apple cannot agree, and expressly disclaims, any confidentiality obligations or use restrictions, express or implied, with respect to any information that You may provide in connection with this Agreement or the Programme, including but not limited to information about Your Application, Licensed Application Information and metadata (such disclosures will be referred to as “Licensee Disclosures”).

  • Data provided via the Single Sign-On API will be considered Licensed Application Information hereunder, but will be subject to the use limitations set forth in this Section.

  • You may opt out of such use of Licensed Application Information with pre-release versions of Your Applications in App Store Connect, and You agree that You will opt out if at any point the Licensed Application Information is not representative of the pre-release version of Your Application.

Related to Licensed Application Information

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.
