Licensed Company IP definition

Licensed Company IP means all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by third parties.

Licensed Company IP means the Intellectual Property owned by a third party that Company or any of its Subsidiaries has a right to use or exploit by virtue of a License Agreement.

• Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has made any written or unwritten claim against any Person alleging any infringement, misappropriation, misuse, dilution or violation of any Owned Company IP, Exclusively Licensed Company IP or Company Offering.

More Definitions of Licensed Company IP

Licensed Company IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).

Licensed Company IP means all Company IP that is not owned solely or jointly by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has a right to use or exploit by virtue of any Contract entered into with the sole owner, or one or more joint owner(s), of such Company IP.
