Licensed Company IP definition

Licensed Company IP means all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by third parties.
Licensed Company IP means the Intellectual Property owned by a third party that Company or any of its Subsidiaries has a right to use or exploit by virtue of a License Agreement.
Licensed Company IP means all Company IP other than the Owned Company IP.

Licensed Company IP means the Intellectual Property that is owned, in whole or in part, by any Person other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and that is used or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to the business of the Company as currently conducted.
