Licensed Methods definition

Licensed Methods means any method claimed in Patent Rights (as defined below), the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights.
Licensed Methods means any method, procedure, service or process the practice of which, in the absence of a license from YALE, would infringe a VALID CLAIM of a LICENSED PATENT.
Licensed Methods means any invention, method, process, procedure or technology which is covered by and/or may be claimed in the Licensed Patent and any Improvement Patent.

More Definitions of Licensed Methods

Licensed Methods means any processes or methods in the Field of Use whose use or practice would, absent authority, infringe one or more Valid Claims.
Licensed Methods means any process, method, or use that is covered by Rutgers’ Patent Rights or use or practice of which would constitute, but for the license granted to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of any issued or pending claim within Rutgers’ Patent Rights.

Licensed Methods means any method, procedure or process whose use, but for the license granted to Licensee herein, would constitute an infringement of a subsisting claim of a patent or patent application identified in Appendix A.
Licensed Methods will mean any method the practice of which would constitute, but for the license granted to BELLICUM under this Agreement, an infringement of any Valid Claim of the Patent Rights.
Licensed Methods means any process, art or method the use or practice of which, but for the License, would infringe, induce to infringe or contribute to infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.
