Licensee Group Company definition

Licensee Group Company means all current and future companies affiliated with the Licensee (Verbundene Unternehmen) in the meaning of § 15 German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz).

Examples of Licensee Group Company in a sentence

  • Each of the Licensor and the Licensee may assign or otherwise transfer their respective rights and obligations under this Agreement to a Licensor Group Company or a Licensee Group Company respectively without consent of the other party.

  • Group Company means any one of them;
