Licensee Instance definition

Licensee Instance means each virtual machine instance(s), configured and managed by Licensee that is installed with (or launched from) the Image, provided that Licensee has a right to access and use such instance as part of the Provider Services and, except for Service Provider Licenses, submitted to Licensor the applicable account number of such instance with the Service Provider.

Examples of Licensee Instance in a sentence

  • If Licensee does not agree to the changed or revised terms, it must stop using Licensee Instance.

  • Licensee may revoke the above functionality during the configuration process of the Licensee Instance and at any time thereafter.

  • By continuing to access the Image and/or use the Licensee Instance after the effective date of any change to this Agreement, Licensee agrees to be bound by the changed terms.

  • If Licensee becomes aware of any violation by a User of Licensee's obligations under this Agreement, Licensee will immediately terminate such User's access to the Image and/or Licensee Instance.

  • Prior to repayment, the Licensee must permanently stop the use of any Licensee Image and uninstall AVCE Image from any Licensee Instance.

Related to Licensee Instance

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Landlord Party or “Landlord Parties” shall mean Landlord, any affiliate of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agents for the Building, each mortgagee (if any), each ground lessor (if any), and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents or representatives. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.

  • Landlord Parties means Landlord and Property Manager and their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members and employees.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.
