Licensing Portal definition

Licensing Portal means the web-based application, which may be amended from time to time, maintained by PPM, which manages Lessee’s licenses of most Software Products acquired from PPM. The Licensing Portal records and tracks license changes in Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The information stored in Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and available through the Licensing Portal identifies the type, quantities, Lease Site(s) and charges for the Software Products licensed by Lessee, said information which is incorporated herein by reference. Information from Lessee’s Purchase Orders are entered into Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and available through the Licensing Portal.

The Licensing Portal records and tracks license changes in Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The information stored in Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and available through the Licensing Portal identifies the type, quantities, Lease Site(s) and charges for the Software Products licensed by Lessee, said information which is incorporated herein by reference. Information from Lessee’s Purchase Orders are entered into Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and available through the Licensing Portal.
Licensing Portal means the Beatnik website (xxxxxxx.xxx or its successors) made generally available by Beatnik through which the public can purchase licenses to music, sound effects and other sound components from Beatnik's sound libraries to be used to incorporate sound effects into the design of a website.

A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.
