Lien Administrator means that Person(s), agreed to and jointly recommended by Class Counsel and Counsel for the Defendant, and appointed by the Court, to perform the responsibilities assigned to the Lien Administrator under the Settlement Agreement, including, without limitation, as set forth in Section 14.4.
