Lieutenant means a Captain in training;
Lieutenant means those individuals designated as holding the rank of Lieutenant in the Concord Township Fire Department.
Lieutenant means an officer of the Fire Department who is appointed to assistant in the supervision of a company or group of firefighters as per the Departments chain of command and operating procedures.
