Safety Officer. Where twenty or more employees continue working on the site the Safety Supervisor/Officer will remain on site and be paid at ordinary time rate of pay unless such employee is engaged on a concrete pour or emergency work in which case double time will be applicable calculated to the next half hour.

Safety Officer. A responsible member of Construction Manager’s organization will be designated in writing as Construction Manager’s safety officer for each Project. This person's duties will include, but will not be limited to, compliance with Article 10.1.1 of this Exhibit A and, if this person is not the Construction Manager's Project Manager, then this person will report directly to Construction Manager’s Project Manager.

Safety Officer. The xxxxxxx, or designee in their absence, shall serve as the safety officer and shall act as the liaison between the Employees and the Employer regarding safety matters. The xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity at the monthly staff meetings to bring safety matters to the attention of the Chief and administrative staff. If the safety matter requires immediate attention, the xxxxxxx shall report the safety matter to the Chief, or designee, at their earliest opportunity and not wait for the monthly meeting to be held.

The RMCC serves as a link to the Community Health Emergency Coordination Center (CHECC).
