Lift Gas definition

Lift Gas means the Gas, reserved by Producer under Section 3.2, used by Producer for gas lift operations in the Contract Area, measured in MCFs at the existing Alliance CMU meter station number ALSA020MU.
Lift Gas means the quantity of Gas returned by Gatherer to Owner to be utilized for producing Owner’s Reserves.
Lift Gas means the quantity of Gas returned to Seller downstream of the Measurement Point to be utilized for producing Seller’s Reserves.

Lift Gas means the Gas, reserved by Producer under Section 3.2, used by Producer for gas lift operations in the Mash Unit.
Lift Gas shall have the meaning ascribed in Recital B above.

Related to Lift Gas

  • Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of the Gas remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Plant fuel require­ments, and Plant losses or uses.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Liquefied natural gas or “LNG” means natural gas that has been liquefied.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Natural Gas or "Gas" shall mean natural gas, processed, unprocessed, vaporized liquid natural gas, synthetic gas, propane-air mixture or any mixture of these gases.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;
