Linked Contract definition

Linked Contract means another contract with BT that is linked to this Contract in a way defined as a bundle in Ofcom’s General Conditions of Entitlement effective from 17th June 2022.
Linked Contract means any contract for the supply of a good or the provision of a service:
Linked Contract means any contract involving the exchange of personal data between Parties to this Agreement;

Examples of Linked Contract in a sentence

  • The User shall only process the Information for a maximum period which is equal to the duration of the Linked Contract with the Client.

  • The User will allow access to the Information only to those agents, employees, representatives and staff who need to see and use it for the purposes of performing the Linked Contract with the Client.

  • Subject to clause 2.4, the User hereby agrees to maintain as confidential and not to directly or indirectly use, or disclose to (or permit to be used by or disclosed to) any third party, any part or the whole of the Information, except in the proper performance of the Linked Contract with the Client or as specifically authorised by the Client in writing.

Linked Contract means each contract that is linked to the Contract on the basis that:
Linked Contract means a contract by which the consumer acquires goods or services and which forms a single commercial transaction with a distance contract or an off-premises contract and these goods or services are provided by the trader or a third party on the basis of an arrangement between that third party and the trader. A single commercial transaction exists where the good or service covered by the linked contract serves to perform the other contract or is intended for use of the good or service covered by the other contract.

Any obligation under this Agreement by a party not to do any act or thing shall be deemed to include an undertaking not to permit or suffer the doing of that act or thing; and Any reference to “procure” or “ensure” shall create a primary obligation and not a secondary obligation or guarantee.
