Liquid Oilfield Waste. – means oilfield brines, produced waters, Class II fluids, tank and pit crude oil bottom sediments, and drilling and completion fluids, to the extent those wastes are now or hereafter exempt from the provisions of Subtitle C of the Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act of 1976.
