Liquidity Calculation definition

Liquidity Calculation means a calculation by Borrowing Agent of the Quarterly Liquidity of Borrowers using Agent’s on-line Collateral monitoring system and including both a schedule of the amount of Qualified Cash as of the end of each Business Day during the applicable fiscal quarter and the amount owing to Borrowers’ trade creditors which are 60 days or more past due as of the end of such quarter, executed by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or Controller of the Borrowing Agent and delivered to the Agent, appropriately completed, by which such officer shall certify to Agent the Quarterly Liquidity and calculation thereof as of the date of such certificate.
Liquidity Calculation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(p).

  • The Company shall maintain Unrestricted Cash on a consolidated basis, as of March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, of each year (each such date a “Liquidity Calculation Date”), (i) for the period commencing on the first Liquidity Calculation Date after the Issue Date and ending on December 31, 2020, of not less than $60.0 million, and (ii) at any time thereafter, of not less than $75.0 million.

  • Net Investment Earnings With respect to the Certificate Account, the Servicing Accounts or the REO Account or Companion Distribution Account for any period from any Distribution Date to the immediately succeeding P&I Advance Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of all interest and other income realized during such period on funds relating to the Trust Fund held in such account, exceeds the aggregate of all losses, if any, incurred during such period in connection with the investment of such funds in accordance with Section 3.06.

  • Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;

  • Index Calculation Agent means Bank Vontobel AG, Gotthardstrasse 43, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland. "Index Calculation Day" means every day from Monday to Friday.
