Liquidity Certificate definition

Liquidity Certificate has the meaning provided in Section 6.01(k).
Liquidity Certificate means a liquidity certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit K, executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and delivered to the Administrative Agent as required hereunder.
Liquidity Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit J.

Liquidity Certificate means a certificate provided by the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer or President of the Borrower Representative in accordance with the requirements of Section 5.09.1 of this Agreement in form and substance as Exhibit G attached hereto.
