Liquidity Expiration Date definition

Liquidity Expiration Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(a).

Liquidity Expiration Date. (as first set forth in the First Amendment to the Series 2002-A Supplement to the Master Agreement) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

Related to Liquidity Expiration Date

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Commitment Expiration Date means the date on which IHCDA’s commitment under the Program expires.

  • Initial Expiration Date is defined in Section 1.1(c) of the Agreement.
