Liquidity Facility Bonds definition

Liquidity Facility Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys drawn under (or otherwise obtained pursuant to the terms of) a Liquidity Facility, but excluding any Bonds no longer considered to be Liquidity Facility Bonds in accordance with the terms of the applicable Liquidity Facility.
Liquidity Facility Bonds means Bonds purchased by or with funds drawn on a Liquidity Facility Provider pursuant to a Liquidity Facility, but excluding Bonds no longer considered Liquidity Facility Bonds pursuant to the terms of such Liquidity Facility or the initial Reimbursement Agreement or any substitute therefor approved by the Issuer.
Liquidity Facility Bonds has the meaning stated in Section 1.01 of the Bond Indenture.

Examples of Liquidity Facility Bonds in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Liquidity Facility Bonds shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Liquidity Facility Bond Rate for such Bonds, and interest on Liquidity Facility Bonds shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date for such Liquidity Facility Bonds.

More Definitions of Liquidity Facility Bonds

Liquidity Facility Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys drawn under (or otherwise obtained pursuant to the terms of) a Liquidity Facility, but excluding any Bonds no longer considered to be Liquidity Facility Bonds in accordance with the terms of the applicable Liquidity Facility. If designated as such in a Supplemental Indenture, Bonds purchased with moneys drawn under Credit Enhancement in the form of a letter of credit or other similar instrument shall be treated as Liquidity Facility Bonds.
Liquidity Facility Bonds with respect to Liquidity Facility Bonds of any subseries, the Interest Payment Dates for other Bonds of such subseries (or any other dates specified in any amendment to the initial Reimbursement Agreement or any replacement thereof approved by the Issuer, if the Trustee has received a Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel).

Liquidity Facility Bonds means any 2022 Series B Bond (other than 2022 Series B Bonds bearing interest at a Fixed Rate) which the Authority designates as such in the Purchase Contract or pursuant to a notice delivered pursuant to Section 405 herein. During the Initial Period, “Liquidity Facility Bonds” shall mean all 2022 Series B Bonds bearing interest at the Weekly Rate.
Liquidity Facility Bonds means Series 2009A Bonds purchased by the Liquidity Facility Provider or its assignee pursuant to the Liquidity Facility.
