Liquids Gathering System. Generally, the system of pipelines and central gathering facilities highlighted on the map attached as Exhibit F, together with the related equipment that is capable of gathering, separating, collecting, and delivering for sale or transport, condensate and water, together with associated natural gas, produced from natural gas and oil xxxxx, along with any other structures, pipelines, gathering lines or other equipment useful in gathering, collecting or delivering condensate and water, together with associated natural gas and are located in the Pinedale Anticline Field in Sublette County, Wyoming, including, specifically, the Easement Rights and the Improvements.
Liquids Gathering System means generally, the system of pipelines and central gathering facilities highlighted on the map attached as Exhibit N as it exists as of the Effective Date and as it may be subsequently modified as permitted by this Lease, together with the related equipment that is capable of gathering, separating, collecting, and delivering for sale or transport, condensate and water, together with associated natural gas, produced from natural gas and oil wxxxx that are, as of the Effective Date, operated by Ultra Resources and are located in the Pinedale Anticline Field in Sublette County, Wyoming, including, specifically, the Easement Rights and the Improvements, which Liquids Gathering System begins at the inlet flange to each LGS Pipeline Riser (an example of such an inlet flange is shown, for the Parties' convenience, on the photograph on the attached Exhibit O), extends through an interconnected system of pipelines to the production and separation equipment and storage tanks located at the Central Gathering Facilities, and terminates at each LGS Terminus Point.
Liquids Gathering System is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Liquids Gathering System in a sentence

  • The following information, to the extent in Seller’s Possession: all engineering drawings or plans of or covering the Liquids Gathering System or any component thereof, site assessments and environmental reports regarding or covering the Liquids Gathering System or any component thereof, manuals relating to the operation of the Assets, and “as-built” surveys of the pipelines and drawings of the Liquids Gathering System.

  • The four locations within the Liquids Gathering System at which condensate, produced water, and associated natural gas is collected and separated for sale and transport off the subject location or alternatively, in the case of associated natural gas, used for fuel or flared on the subject location.

  • The Assets constitute all of the property and assets that comprise and are necessary for the ownership and operation of the Liquids Gathering System immediately prior to the Effective Date, assuming the existence of (i) the equipment and fixtures attached or connected to the Liquids Gathering System upstream of the inlet flange to each LGS Pipeline Riser and downstream of each LGS Terminus Point and (ii) the material or product that flows into or flows out of the Liquids Gathering System.

  • The Parties have entered into a Liquids Gathering System Sublette County, Wyoming Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of December 7, 2012 (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Buyer agreed to purchase, and Seller agreed to sell and convey, the Assets.

  • Measurement of Gathered Substances received into the Liquids Gathering System, including calibrating and adjusting of metering facilities, shall be done in accordance with the procedure set forth on Exhibit C.

  • Services Provider covenants to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Liquids Gathering System in Good Condition and Repair and, in accordance with industry practices, protect against damage to the Liquids Gathering System.

Related to Liquids Gathering System

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Gas means natural gas, manufactured gas, synthetic natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or propane-air gas, or a mixture of any of them, but does not include a liquefied petroleum gas that is distributed by means other than a pipeline;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Natural Gas or “Gas” means wet gas, dry gas, all other gaseous hydrocarbons, and all substances contained therein, including sulphur and helium, which are produced from oil or gas xxxxx, excluding those condensed or extracted liquid hydrocarbons that are liquid at normal temperature and pressure conditions, and including the residue Gas remaining after the condensation or extraction of liquid hydrocarbons from Gas such that any Gas sold under this Agreement shall be of the quality as indicated in Clause 7.
