List of Terms & Conditions definition

List of Terms & Conditions means a document including the title and measure of the fees, commissions, charges and penalty interests charged by the Bank for the services used by the Customer— including the services governed by the Framework Agreement and detailed in these Business Conditions as well as the services provided under specific contracts—as well as the rates of interest payable by the Bank on the funds placed at the Bank, and other specific terms and conditions under which the services are provided.
List of Terms & Conditions means any of the Bank’s Treasury List of Terms & Conditions, Consumer Terms & Conditions, Corporate Terms & Conditions, List of Terms & Conditions for Preferred Private Customers, and Premium Banking List of Terms & Conditions, or any of these together, in accordance with the Basic Agreement existing with the Client
List of Terms & Conditions means the Bank’s List of Conditions for Preferred Private Customers, which is a document from time to time in effect that includes the title, measure and due date of payment of the fees, commissions, costs and interests charged by the Bank for the services provided by the Bank to the Customers, and other specific terms and conditions of the provision of the different services, and which is continuously available in the Bank’s website and in its branches.

Examples of List of Terms & Conditions in a sentence

  • For a list of the banks participating in the service, see Section I/15 of the List of Terms & Conditions.

  • For any services which are not included in the given account package, Customers using an Account Package shall pay the fees set out in the Corporate List of Terms & Conditions from time to time in effect.

  • The Bank reserves the right to restrict the types of orders which may be entered via mailboxes installed at branches; any such restriction will be disclosed in the List of Terms & Conditions.

  • Under the Customer’s order, the Bank shall issue cheques against the Customer’s payment account kept at the Bank in the currencies identified in the List of Terms & Conditions from time to time in effect.

  • The Bank shall accept written cheques—of the types identified in the List of Terms & Conditions from time to time in effect—for collection until the lapse of one year from the date of issue at the latest.

  • For sending the account statements as per (ii), the Bank shall have the right to charge the fee specified in the List of Terms & Conditions.

  • For any services which are not included in the fee chart above, Customers using the Premium Business Account Package shall pay the fees set out in the Corporate List of Terms & Conditions from time to time in effect.

  • Upon receipt of a Client’s instruction to close a bank account, the Bank will, for the period up to the account closure date in the month concerned, charge to the Client the pro rata amount of the monthly fee stipulated in the current List of Terms & Conditions for the relevant account management package or the pro rata amount of the specific monthly account management fee specified in the Bank Account Contract.

  • Upon receipt of a Client’s instruction to close a bank account, the Bank will, for the period up to the account closure date in the month concerned, charge to the Client the pro rata amount of the monthly fee stipulated in the current List of Terms & Conditions for the relevant account package, if the fee is not related to any fee discount condition.

  • Unless the Customer provides otherwise, orders received before the cut-off times specified in the List of Terms & Conditions shall be executed on the date of receipt, and orders received after such cut-off times shall be regarded as received on the next banking day, and executed accordingly.

Related to List of Terms & Conditions

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).
